By making a booking with Hawaiian Hush you agree to all our terms and conditions stated below.

PAYMENT

Hawaiian Hush has gone cashless, our full team of therapists are now equipped with their own card terminal machine and we will no longer be accepting cash payments. Hawaiian Hush accept all major card providers including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron, Apple Pay. Payment will be received once the treatment is completed. If for any reason payment can not be made at such time an interest of 5% will be added and a payment link will be sent the following day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to reschedule your appointment, amend the treatments you require or make any changes please give us 12 hours notice.  Cancellations  with less than 12 hours notice will incur a 50% charge and cancellations OR alterations (such as reducing services) with less than 4 hours notice will be charged at the full price.

LIABILITY

Hawaiian Hush cannot be held responsible for any damage on clients personal property.  It is the entire responsibility of the person booking the service and the apartment / residence owner to ensure that our therapists / beauticians visiting their promises are professionally respected and their personal physical or emotional  safety is not breached under any circumstances. Any deliberate abuse of the therapists personal & emotional safety will result in a ban from using Hawaiian Hush services in future.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Our Gift Vouchers are available for all services we provide, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Hawaiian Hush cannot accept liability for lost gift cards.
